Despite the cloudy skies this morning, as the sun came up over the horizon it was a magnificent sight. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Today I️ am grateful that morning by morning new mercies I️ see.

Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,

for his compassions never fail.

They are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;

therefore I will wait for him.”
