I came home today today weak and weary to lots of things I didn’t expect. I knew Mim was coming to clean today because she so graciously offered to, but I had no idea she was going to do so much…including getting dust and bugs out of light fixtures. I mean…talk about going above and beyond…literally! How wonderful to sit (more like collapse) at the end of the day on the couch in a clean house! Such a blessed gift!
Then I got a sweet, encouraging card in the mail from a dear friend. It was just what I needed to read. Then when the kiddos got home they brought in a big box from proflowers.com. Another dear friend sent me this gorgeous bouquet and this verse.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
Today I am thankful for the beautiful women in my life who are so gracious and kind and share God’s love so freely. They are such a reminder of the verse above that absolutely nothing can separate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Thank you my dear friends!
