After a really long, difficult day that I wish could just be over, I looked out my window to check on my boys and this is what I saw.  A beautifully painted sky at sunset over my 2 precious boys having so much fun playing together in the snow…just the 2 of them.  It was a precious reminder that God doesn’t just create us and walk away.  He is ever present in every sunrise, every snowflake, and every breath we take.  He doesn’t leave me in an ungrateful place where I wish it were tomorrow.  He shows up today!  And I am so thankful!

The heavens declare the glory of God;

the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
