My migraines have been off the charts lately. Today I visited my Neurologist and received 39 injections in my head, neck and shoulders, also known as Botox. It is extremely unpleasant but it really does help, plus it will prevent wrinkles, so I’m all for it…once it’s over anyway. I feel yucky now, but in a few days hopefully it means less severe headaches. Plus my doctor is awesome and I love catching up with her every 3 months.
