Day 13- God’s Paintbrush

Playing LegosToday was rather dark and gray.  We were stuck inside again as another little one fell ill at 4:30 this morning.  Going a little stir-crazy is an understatement after watching many movies, playing the iPads as well as reading books and coloring.  Aunt Shell was a welcomed visitor to come and play Legos with Maxwell this afternoon.

God's HandiworkThis evening I walked outside with my sister to say good-bye and the sky was absolutely beautiful.  This photo doesn’t even do justice to the work of God’s hand.  His creation is simply breathtaking.  I am so thankful for that beautiful display this evening as we are on the upswing (we hope) of all this illness.  Thank you, Lord!

The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
Yet their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.  Psalm 19:1-4a
