I am so happy to announce that today I am free of surgery bandages, tape, gross sticky residue from bandages and tape, stitches, sutures and staples!  Whew-hew!  Today I am thankful that while I still cannot bend, stretch, reach, twist or lift more than 5 pounds for 5 more weeks (and I have some nasty, painful bruising…some of which is my own stubborn fault) I am one step closer to being back to normal (whatever that means) plus a permanent electrical implanted device.   Yay! 🙂
