It seems like in so many…if not all…of the bible study and mom groups that I have been in the mommies just can’t get enough ideas to do with their families at Christmas time. With all of the distractions of the season, they want to keep their family’s focus on the REASON…the birth of our Savior. I couldn’t agree more! So, I’ve decided to share some of my favorites complied over the course of several years in the Wonders of His Love 12 Days of Christmas this year.
The first idea comes from a woman on the bible study leadership team I am so blessed to be a part of…she has done this for years and I think it is amazing! While I pray over the cards to those we send…and I always compile a book of the Christmas cards we receive each year…I just cannot throw a family’s photo away…and it is so fun to see how families change and grow looking over the books of years past….I never thought to do this. 
Each night after Christmas she takes one of the cards she received to the dinner table and she and her family pray for that family. We are SO doing that! What a great idea! We all joked that we were going to send her family our Christmas card so they would pray for us. After all…what family couldn’t use more prayer?! Fabulous, I love it!
