As I shared I love family dinners. Tonight we had some hard discussions about what is going on in the world. What I love is that my husband and I are able to talk with our kids openly and honestly from the Truth of God’s Word. Telling them a perspective from a Biblical point of view is so important with all of the chaos going on in our world. No matter what situation they find themselves in, the answer is in there. Teaching them how to find it is our mission. No easy feat, but so worth it.

For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
