I’m not sure what it is about today…perhaps it was getting up to turn the calendar to a new month…or the sunlight pouring onto the greener grass…or the new life bursting forth from fruit trees in farm country…but I’m feeling hopeful for the winds of change.  The promise of warmer temperatures, the windows and doors open letting in much-needed fresh air and even fresh tulips on my countertop have me looking forward to being outside…and ready for days when we can enjoy them with family and friends.

Today is a day for me to set aside the news and the numbers and the when will life get back to ‘normal’ questions and just be thankful for today.  That’s all I have…today…a gift from God to me.  So friends, I hope and pray that you enjoy today…as a gift from God to you!  Blessings!
