There was a moment last week at work when I caught a glimpse of a HUGE container of Panera Bagels. Most of the time things like that don’t bother me having gone gluten-free over 10 years ago. But I had a second of really missing their Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. Mercy they are good! Then an idea sparked.

I did a little experiment with the Select Cinnamon Cream Cheese Swirl Cake Mix. I took one packet and mixed it with 1 tsp. of baking powder (2 Condiments). Then I stirred in 2 eggs whites and placed it into a large biscuit cutter on a parchment-lined baking sheet. I baked it at 350* for 15 minutes and viola! It was delicious! Need that cream cheese, too? Use one Laughing Cow Light Wedge as 1/2 Healthy Fat.
