I’ve been hearing that a lot lately.  Yes, I confess.  I have been a tad technologically distant…unfaithful blogger at best and worst Facebook-er ever.  These past few months have been (wonderfully) exhausting, faith-stretching and BU-SY.  As the school year and various ministries wind down and sweet summer is calling I find myself praying to finish strong, thanking God with an incredibly grateful heart for all He has done, and looking forward to pouring into my loves these coming warm-weather months.  I’ve been somewhat “unplugged” thus far in 2014 because the Lord asked me to “get out of the boat” more times than I ever thought He would this year.  Despite my doubts, fears and discouraging attacks from the enemy God faithfully enabled and strengthened me to do ask He asked and speak up so He could use His story in me to encourage several groups of women…from just a few to a few hundred…in their own faith journeys.  How freeing it has been.  He has introduced me to so many beautiful women and the amazing stories He has in them!  It has been inspiring, exciting and has grown my faith immeasurably.  God is so good!

When we unplug however, disconnect is inevitable.  I have regrettably missed some things.  But know that I am still here.  I would love to connect with you and get together if possible over tea perhaps…and when it (finally) gets warm iced tea (I gave up coffee in 2014…but that is another post all-together!  Though if you prefer coffee…I completely understand!).  I would love to ask… “So…how are you?  What is God doing in your life?  How can I pray for you?”  I want to hear your story!  Do tell! 🙂
